Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the Calibrate Assessment? Will I hit a pay wall?
The Calibrate Assessment is free to take. There is no paywall, no credit card required, and no surprise charges at the end.
After you complete the assessment, you’ll receive a personalized summary of your results by email.
What is the Calibrate Assessment, really?
Calibrate is a self-reflection tool that helps you understand how you relate to money, stress, time, and support.
It focuses on patterns, not performance—how you tend to respond when things feel uncertain, pressured, or emotionally loaded.
It’s not about whether you’re “good” or “bad” with money. It’s about understanding what helps you feel safe, grounded, and able to make decisions—especially in relationships.
Is this a financial or clinical diagnosis?
No. The Calibrate Assessment is not a diagnosis, and it doesn’t label you or predict outcomes.
It’s a behavioral and relational insight tool designed to support self-awareness. Think of it as a mirror, not a verdict. Many people use it alongside therapy, coaching, or financial planning, but it doesn’t replace professional care.
Who is this assessment for?
Calibrate is especially helpful for:
Couples navigating money stress or recurring conflicts
Individuals who feel anxious, avoidant, or overwhelmed around finances
Therapists, coaches, and advisors who want better relational context
High-capacity or high-responsibility people who tend to “carry it all”
Anyone curious about how their nervous system and attachment patterns show up around money
You don’t need to be in crisis or even talking about money yet, for it to be useful.
Should my partner take it too?
That’s up to you. Many couples choose to take it individually first, then share insights after having a time to reflect.
The assessment can help couples:
Understand differences in money stress responses
Reduce blame (“this isn’t laziness / control / irresponsibility”)
Have more compassionate, productive conversations
There’s no requirement to take it together, and no “right order.”

Will this tell me what to do with my money?
No. Calibrate doesn’t give prescriptive financial advice or tell you what decisions to make.
Instead, it helps clarify:
How you tend to make decisions under stress
What increases or decreases your sense of safety
When alignment, grounding, or stability matters most
Many people find this makes working with an advisor, therapist, or partner much more effective.
